Public Hearing

A Public Hearing will be held on September 12th, 2023, at 8:30AM in Council Chambers at the District of Lunenburg Municipal Office (10 Allée Champlain Drive, Cookville).

Council intends to consider Bylaw 021H - Osprey village Land Use By-Law. An ademendment has been proposed for the Osprey Village Land Use By-Law to allow side yard parking in the Institutional (IN) Zone and allow Office and Cafe uses within the Institutional (IN) Zone so long as they are in support of a primary institutional use. This amendment application was submitted alongside an application for the Lumia Health Collaborative Health Centre and MODL's Community Hub in Osprey Village (PID 60631009).

Written submissions regarding the proposed amendments will be received until 12 noon on Monday September 11, 2023. Written submissions shall be addressed to Ms. April Whynot Lohnes, Municipal Clerk at 10 Allée Champlain Drive, Cookville, from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m to 5 p.m or at: engage.modl.ca.
