Background

McCarthy’s Towing & Recovery Ltd. (16013 Highway 3, Hebbville) applied to construct a 70’ x 100’ building on a large vacant lot next to 16048 Highway 3, Hebbville. This is to reconstruct a former customer repair garage destroyed by fire on November 17, 2020.
