Osprey Village is an important area in our District, with many shops and businesses, including Walmart and Canadian Tire, and hundreds of new homes being built or planned. As the area grows and becomes more of a mix of homes, businesses, and community spaces, we want to create a plan to make it more beautiful, vibrant, and welcoming for everyone.

The Osprey Village Enhancement Plan will give us a clear vision for improving the area. It will focus on making it easier and more enjoyable to walk, drive, and move around, while also improving accessibility for everyone.

The draft Osprey Village Enhancement and Beautification Concept Plan is now available for public comment. Please submit your feedback by email to dave.waters@modl.ca no later than January 8, 2026 at 5pm.
