Online Public Hearing (8:30 a.m.)
A PUBLIC HEARING on the Amendment to the Secondary Planning Strategy and the Land Use By-law will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, starting at 8:30 a.m. by conference call and on Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/MODLns/.
The public may make formal written or verbal submissions to Council on the Amendment. Written submissions will be received until 4:30 p.m., on Monday, April 6, 2020 to planning@modl.ca. Verbal submissions will be received at the time of the Public Hearing by registering for a conference call with planning@modl.ca, where further instruction will be given. Council can decide on the Amendment following the Public Hearing.
