Municipality would like to invite all interested parties to join us on Facebook Live about a proposed development off Harold Whynot Road, by Osprey Ridge Golf Course in Pine Grove. This condominium development includes 16 semi-detached houses (10 in Phase 1, 6 in Phase 2). There are 2 two-bedroom units in each proposed house.
A by-law amendment is required to permit more than one building in a single lot. The purpose of this information session is to hear the thoughts of residents about this proposal. If anyone would like to ask questions about the proposal, or has any concerns, please write us comments during the Facebook live session.
