Public Information Session
A public information session is scheduled to discuss the rezoning of 11 Century Drive to High Density Residential, along with proposed amendments to the Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law. The objective of the amendment is to incorporate Vertical Mixed-Use Development in the High-Density Residential Zone, fostering a more complete community environment.
The information session will take place on January 17, 2024, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at the Hebbville Fire Hall, 205 Century Dr, Hebbville.
Please Note: In the event of severe weather leading to a snow day, the information session will be rescheduled to January 24, 2024
Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend to learn more about the proposed amendment and ask questions.
