On Tuesday December 12, 2023, Council will discuss alternative options for the coastal protection land use policy recommendations prepared by staff during a regularly scheduled Council meeting. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and will be held in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office (10 Allee Champlain Drive, Cookville).

Council meetings are open to the public and any interested residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the proposed regulations.

On October 26, 2023, at 7 PM, the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg's Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) will meet again for a special PAC meeting to discuss staff recommendations for Coastal Protection. The meeting will take place at the Council Chambers located at the municipal building, 10 Allée Champlain Drive, Cookville.

The meeting will be streamed live on the Municipality's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MODLns.

All PAC meetings are open to the public, and the public is encouraged to attend. You must attend in person if you want to speak at this meeting. There will be future opportunities to comment on the staff recommendations in the coming months.
