Osprey Village Amendments Recommended for Council Approval

On July 23, 2026, the Planning Advisory Committee of the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg made the following recommendation to Council:

“That Municipal Council approve the proposed amendments to the Osprey Village Secondary Planning Strategy (By-law No 020) and the Osprey Village Land Use By-law (By-law No 021) dated July 15, 2026”.

The Planning Advisory Committee recommended that Council approve the proposed amendments to redesignate and rezone PID 60631009 in the Osprey Village Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law for Commercial and Open Space Uses. Municipal Council will discuss the proposed amendments and the Planning Advisory Committee's recommendation at its September 8, 2026 meeting.
