PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Public Meeting Notice: Thursday July 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

A meeting of the Municipality’s Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) is scheduled for Thursday July 23, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m. at 10 Allee Champlain Drive, Cookville, Nova Scotia. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following matters:

(1) Proposed Redesignation and Rezoning of PID 60631009 for Commercial and Open Space Uses - Osprey Village Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law.
(2) Any other planning matters.
