The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg has received a development application for 475 Upper Branch Road, Wileville (PIDs 60303724 and 60303781). The proposal is for a 145-unit cluster development, consisting of three multi-unit rental buildings, 12 stacked townhome buildings, and a highway-related light industrial/commercial use.

    On September 22, 2026, Municipal Council gave notice of their intention to enter into a Development Agreement with Ramey/3322429 Nova Scotia Limited for the development of a cluster development at 475 Upper Branch Road (PID 60303724 and PID 60303781).

    A PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION regarding the proposed Development Agreement will be held on:
