On December 11, 2025, the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) made a favourable recommendation to Municipal Council to proceed with a Development Agreement. Council will consider PAC’s recommendation at an upcoming Council meeting. The date of this Council meeting is yet to be determined.

A meeting of the Municipality’s Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, starting at 7:00 p.m. located at 10 Allee Champlain Drive, Cookville. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Cluster Development/Development Agreement at 475 Upper Branch Road, Wileville (PID 60303724 and PID 60303781).
All PAC meetings are open to the public and the public are encouraged to attend.

A Public Information Session on the proposed development at 475 Upper Branch Road, Wileville (PID 60303724 & PID 60303781) will be held on Wednesday November 19, 2025. The proposal is a cluster development with up to 96 residential units and a highway related light industrial use.
