On September 22, 2026, Municipal Council gave notice of their intention to enter into a Development Agreement with Ramey/3322429 Nova Scotia Limited for the development of a cluster development at 475 Upper Branch Road (PID 60303724 and PID 60303781).

A PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION regarding the proposed Development Agreement will be held on:

A PUBLIC HEARING regarding the proposed Development Agreement will be held on:

The public can make a formal written or oral submission to Council through the Public Hearing process. Written submissions will be received until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, and may be submitted to April Whynot-Lohnes, Municipal Clerk, 10 Allée Champlain Drive, Cookville, NS B4V 9E4 or by email: planning@modl.ca. Oral submissions will be received at the time and place of the Hearing.
