2025 MODL Tree Giveaway Registration Form

Welcome to the District of Lunenburg registration form for the 2025 annual tree planting event.   

This form is here for residents who wish to register before the day of the event. Registration is not necessary, but the benefit of registering is:

1. Separate line: If you register in advance, you’ll be able to use a separate line at the event. This line is expected to move more quickly, as your information will already be on file, and we’ll check your name off the list.
